Shipping and Returns
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. If we are waiting for new stock we will email you to let you know an estimated shipping date.
We regret that we are unable to deliver to addresses outside of the UK.
We offer a simple and straightforward approach to shipping charges:
- £4.90 Standard Postage for orders under £60
- Free shipping on orders over £60
Postage costs are added at checkout to the total amount due for your order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you wish to cancel your order with villagepetz.com then please do contact us in the first instance.You must cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. The goods must be returned unused in their original packaging to receive a full refund. If the goods are not in this condition then you will receive a partial refund as deemed appropriate by us.
We only replace goods if they are deemed defective or damaged.
Refunds or exchanges will only happen once the item has been returned to us within 14 days of being in contact about the issue. We reserve the right to not refund items after 14 days of delivery date (30 days for international orders) and will offer and exchange for another item or items of equal value instead.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we accept the return then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days, check first with your bank and/or credit card provider prior to contacting us.
The buyer pays postage for any returns except where a faulty product is being returned. Once the return has been received the original amount for the item will be reimbursed, along with the return postage for faulty items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are shipping a returned item over £50 in value then we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
